The HJ spikes were great! The insole of the shoe is very sturdy and rigid, making it easy for me to lift off the ground. Now let me show you what the Singapore version of Staffan Strand can do !

I was super duper enthusiastic during this morning's training.. Struggled through 4 sets of 20 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, 10 step-ups per leg, 15 back raises, 15 butt raise, and 15 calve raises. The last 20 push-ups were so hard ! My arm muscles were on the brink of collapsing :) One of the things I like about joining track is the fatigued feeling u get after every training...This feeling never fails to give me the sense of satisfaction at the end of the day.
Staffan must make a comeback in Sweden while I do e same here!
