Week 3 day 2 was done today. It rained after I went into JJ so I had to improvise by using a thin mattress behind LT 5 for my workouts. I never stopped massaging my legs in between workouts just now !
Only until now, I realised I read the workout instructions for the step-ups wrongly. It said 2x15. I always did 15 in a set. But to think about it, isn't one leg going to get an extra rep? So I did 4 sets of 15 lunges indoor in place of the 2x15 step ups. I almost crashed out in the last set of that.Managed to do a few sets of flexibility exercises to strengthen my core muscles.

Now I'm going to show you the Swede who will keep the flame burning for his country in hjump- Linus Thörnblad. In this video I uploaded, he's got the "SEY" factor. Gotta thank the skilled cameraman in focusing on the bouncing crossbar at the right time. And YEAH ! You can jump with a sleepy hairstyle if you want to. I will look out for this Swede after the departure of Staffan and Holm.
