Basket...I received an info package from SP. Their open house is on 5th Feb, which means I don't get to do my jumps until they return the mattress! Gosh... That track senior of mine will make me do a few weeks more of long dist. runs again...

Thursday- 3 quick rounds during PE= 1.2km in 5.55min(PE)
2 warm-up rounds= 0.8km(PE)
Wednesday- 4 rounds= 1.6km(T)
1 round warm-up= 0.4km(PE)
Monday- 5km(T)
Total score: 10.4km
