Jumping onto a cloud of faith.

What a twist of fate. I went to Tuas and reach the warehouse at 9 am sharp as usual. Everything was going smoothly, even with the 3 new Chinese guys. But the lights and power in the workshop room got triggered off 5 times in a hour. Some staff came in and check here and there and pinpointed that the source of the short-circuit was from somewhere above us.
The employer received a call shortly after 10am. A stock-taking lady who works for the warehouse also came in to inform him that there's a batch that do not require software updating. And geez, we were really working on that batch of goods. So the employer smiled at us and said we are done with all the work we are supposed to do. So we cleaned up the place and headed to the canteen for a lunch treat from the employer. The generous gesture was actually more for the 3 poor new fellows, who came to work for 2 hours and had to stop abruptly. We joked so much about it hahahaha...

My next stop after dismissed from work was Recruit Express at JE. And I took home 4 amazing magazines from the Jurong East Regional Library. I almost forgot how much I loved that library and its magazine selections.
