This week was full of disasters but i got thru them safely.
When i was going home from school on monday, disaster struck. A malay boy was walking ahead of me towards the lift landing and before he entered the void deck, SPLATTT! an egg swooped down right infront of his feet. Goodness. I swear that was a prank because directly above us there weren't any windows and corridors where the egg could've possibly fell off the ledge. I wonder the egg was meant for the malay boy or me, or was aimed to hit either of us. Dun let me catch that prankster, or i'll...TO BE CONTINUED.
tUesday's disaster could've been fatal to me! I was walking to school tt morning and I was planning to cross the pedestrian lines outside Grace Orchard Primary School. I waited a while for the green lights and when it started, I was abit *laggy in the morning so i stood for a split second. A big bus suddenly zoomed past the red lights afew yards before me. If I was active tt morning i would've crossed instantly with wide strides and tt's it for me. One leg into the casket, or just my crushed toes.
Also on the same day, we guys were running the 4km boys' route for PC.
There's one part outside the church kindergarden, there was ashes and oranges on the pathway( offerings). I knew it, and effortlessly leapt over the ashes but i didn't know there were oranges in the immediate front and I sprained my ankle over stepping one of them. The boys were very packed running together so all i could figure out thru the shuffling legs in front was only the ashes.
Thursday after physical conditioning, we 05s19+ afew s20 played soccer and I sprained the other ankle after jerking it off the ball. 2 mildly sprained ankles + jump-specific training combo is really taxing on my legs ah... but i will not give up on my jumps. that's the fact and my dream.
GP and Maths tutorial, I forgot to do my work ! I earnestly didn't hear the orders or didn't take the note down. sorry ms tan and ms lang ! you two are the best teachers 05s19 ever had, IMO.
Thursday,
I finally earned that new JJ tracknfield shirt from mr poh! he kept telling me to come afew more times and then he'll give it to me. Mr Poh is really generous, having given 3 pairs of shoes to us track boys. He's also a steady long distance runner who once clocked under 9min for 2.4km and now doing 9min+. 2 thumbs up for this friendly teacher.
