If there's a will, there's a way. I never gave up on trying to get the music on the kingdom of heaven's theatrical trailer and I finally ripped the music off the trailer using a trial video to audio converter program. Sounds too technical? In layman's term I simply spent the whole sunday trying to extract a music sheet from a trailer =)

Sophea smsed me later at night about tomorrow's training at 8am but I have to report for pre-U seminar by 9.30 in the school concourse!
I still went enthusiastically for the training and only to be rewarded with super tight calves and ankles after the warm-up rounds...
Basically I wasted the whole training because my mild flu rendered me unable to continue with long recovery run.
Then chiong through 3 sets of 20 pumpings, 20 squats, 20 sit-ups, 10 calve raises, 10 back stretches.

Ran half a round for cool down on the track before dying down to a stop.

Bathed without soap and some more got my left sock and shoe totally soaked. Still wore them all day till 6pm. Guess what happened to my left foot sole? It creased like an 80 year old grandma's face. I had to limp my way in the house and finally whipped out a hair-blower to drive off the water.

Hall 12 usher at the pre-u seminar isn't that fun with all the sweat I churned out. All I get at the end of the day is one cheapskate cup of coffee. I'm not going on friday again la...waste my prreeeciouusss time. I've got a competition to prepare yer know? I know I'm gonna eat the dust in the open event but I still have to fight all the way with pride since i'm representing JJC!

Did you know I almost missed the entire blockbuster Seabiscuit on starhub preview channel? Heng i caught the last 50 mins of it. It's a good movie but I'm not sure why i'm saying this because i've not watched it before haha....Maybe I like movies involving triumphs of people or characters, which in this case is the legendary american horse Seabiscuit.
