Again let me refresh the milestone i set for my cca performance this year.
To achieve a personal best height of 1.70m in my pet event, high jump.
I really need to catch up with high jumpers in the rest of the world. Those who joined the IAAF World Youth Championships at age 16 or 17 can hit extreme heights like 2.25m ! Fighting with S'pore jumpers isn't that challenging. Fight with the best and I'll bypass the local ones easily.
