Eh? I haven't linked beth yet.
Track training @ the mac. reservoir was a killer ! I didn't have enough stamina and endurance to complete the course. I was only instructed to run 2k into the dense forest and then out.
So paiseh for me... The NYGH group started running abt 5-10mins after us, then their coach and a girl zoomed past me. After a while a couple of those girls passed and finally the last group of them overtook me :(
All I can say is that NYGH has alot of potential runners of all distances. Long dist. like a marathon, and short dist like a 100m dash are no problem to those girls. They just take what they are thrown at.On my way out of the forest after I reached the 2km mark which seemed like 20km, the MASTER arrived. Who??? Mr Pedro of course. Then further on, I saw Mrs Jacob! Hmm she was trailing behind afew female Caucasians. I didn't say hi to her when she waved her hand because I was half-panting and running.
Wow... 3 top coaches on one hill. Mr Tham, Ms Tan and Mr Pedro.
I think I need to train throughout this month until I can run mac. reservoir course with ease.
Pardon me that I can't spell that place lol. And for you ppl who think I ran the school cross-country route, no man. We trackers always go to the hill route that is on the right side of the car-park.
*I'm lovin' it. I love to tire myself out and then enjoy the time when I keep breathing hard and non-stop. It's like a challenge to my body.I love the hardship present in track and field !
-That's a killer-
