So stressed up today, even before i woke up, coz i know i have to read through three chapters of phy notes and do the test. I failed laa...dunno why last 2 times i also rushed through the chapters and take the tests, i almost reached the passing mark. So if I do extra tys qns and revise slowly i should do much better isn't it?
Then i went jp to buy a nike soccer ball costing $21. Trained my juggling at the multi purpose hall downstairs. Realised i sux when some malay boys came and play. i still dun understand how they get the ball high up into the air with swerving in a free kick. I can swerve, but my T90 ball just won't go up...
Actually felt kind of stupid playing the ball alone.
Then headed to the fitness corner to exercise. When i talk about exercise, i'm totally disciplined. I won't go for anything less than what i expect myself to do.
Did pull up : 11-5-5
Situps : 20-20-20-20? dunno did 3 or 4 sets
Calve raises: 15-15-15-15? dunno did 3 or 4 sets
