Jumping onto a cloud of faith.

i went to the Jurong Regional Library. why is it called regional? I always thought regional is meant for big areas. Even the whole singapore island i won't call it bigger than "regional". I went with 2 other ppl. i caught flu from many days ago and now while i'm tying this my nose is running faster than my words can appear on the screen.
